The board continues to review all areas of the business. We are confident that our arrangements with Trimmings By design, properly managed and controlled, continue to be in the best interests of both companies and are pleased to note their improved performance in what continues to be a difficult market. The Triennial review for the Pension Fund was completed and our arrangements are in place for the next 3 years. We have submitted a planning application for our Keighley site and are hopeful that this will receive the support of the planning committee. We are in discussions with potential tenants/occupiers of the developed scheme and hope to report progress shortly. We are in discussions with potential funders as this will be a key element in helping us to decide how best to proceed. We continue to investigate other opportunities in the market which reflect our new potential. We remain confident and enthusiastic as to the future prospects of the company.
